Crime on Their Hands

Excellent police procedural fare by one of the best police novelists around. A cultch of killers present the Lieutenant and his men in the Los Angeles Police Department with a series of unusually baffling crimes, while at home, bedlam reigns in the form of a rescued mockingbird which has mastered only the first four bars of „Yankee Doodle“.
