Methodological Issues in Comperative Educational Studeis

This report contains nine distinct chapters that discuss both the various mathodological issues confronted in the conduct of the study and the analysis of the data. The chapters were written by individuals with expensive experience in the general methodological area they discuss, and who dealt with the specific issues first hand for the U.S. portion of the Reading Literacy Study.
